The entity Justin Kaise appears to have the same address as Joseph Varan, 109 Symonds Drive #382, Hinsdale, Illinois 60522, which is the United States Post Office. The entity . . . LLC has the same principal office as LLC 1. The entity . . . LLC has 11 active or former assumed names. LLC 1 07CH12487 is/was an Illinois limited liability company which is a series under LLC 1 (see the information about LLC 1 above). LLC 1 07CH12487 filed a voluntary chapter 7 bankruptcy petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, case number 13-49315. Joseph Varan signed the bankruptcy petition for LLC 1 07CH12487. In the bankruptcy case, Jaroslaw "Jerry" Kurzac represented that he was the manager of LLC 1 07CH12487. MAIL TO under a declaration signed by Joseph Varan as manager of an entity named Kaydin Deals LLC. The entity Kaydin Deals LLC is one of the 11 assumed names for the entity . . . LLC discussed above.
